All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to downloadable PDF guides. Because this content is delivered digitally and cannot be returned, no refunds will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to your digital content begins immediately and that your right to a refund or cancellation is waived.

International Buyers — EU and UK

Under EU and UK consumer protection law, buyers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel purchases of digital content. However, this right is waived in full once downloading or streaming begins. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.

Limited Exceptions

At our sole discretion, exceptions may be granted only for:

• Duplicate purchases: You accidentally purchased the same item multiple times within a single 24-hour window.
• Technical defect: The downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement within 7 business days.

Download Troubleshooting

If you experience a technical issue, your purchase remains non-refundable — but we will ensure you receive your files.

• Check your spam folder. Your download link is sent automatically to the email used at checkout.
• Zip file issues. If you downloaded a zip file on mobile, you may need a free extraction app.
• Corrupted file. Delete the file, clear your browser cache, and re-download on a stable connection.

If the file still fails to open, contact us at support@inneraxis.com with your order number. We will send replacement files within 24 hours.
